South West Exteriors did the coating on my back patio and really took the time to discuss the work with us on how it would be done to make it look great. The crew covered windows and doors before sanding and application. Manny and his crew were very professional and answered any questions we had during the application. Thank you, Manny. Southwest did their follow-up after the job was completed. I would surely recommend them.

I highly recommend Southwest Exteriors for their Pentex coating. I recently had my back patio done and WOW what a difference the coating makes. 2.5 years ago I had my garage done and it still looks as great as the first day so it was a no-brainer when it came to who was going to do my patio. I'd like to give a shout out to Manuel and his crew of 2, they were professional, knowledgeable, neat in their work, and they were on time! Originally, I didn't request for the dropdown side of my patio to be done but their professional eye had them suggest a change to me. That's when I realized I'd regret not getting it done and they were able to make a change to the work order and sure glad they did! Southwest Exteriors is not the cheapest in the business but they are the best. There are other products out there that do not last and wash away in time, not Pentex. You'll regret not doing it right the first time if you go with another product.

Experience was good overall Dec 11, 2022

Overall, our experience was good. There was confusion about the color, so unfortunately we got the wrong color for the interior, but the team at Southwest Exteriors did a great job to remedy the situation.
